Spring Spree, Pt. II: It-Brit stylist Frances Tulk Hart Scoops Up Her Sunshiny Faves at Opening Ceremony
We are a loyal bunch here at Refinery29. And when it came to choosing a handful of sharp-eyed tastemakers for our Spring Spree video series, stylist Frances Tulk Hart was at the top of our list. This Brit-It girl's uncommon anti-stylist vibe (you know, never overdone, always natural and a little left of center) always inspires us. Like us, Frances is a major fan of Opening Ceremony, so we descended recently on the infamous NYC boutique for a little spring/summer wardrobe upgrade.
