What are some aspects of the house that made you fall in love and move in?
"I loved its relationship with the outdoors and that it had a really great '70s vibe with tons of potential. Plus, the backyard ends at city acreage, which randomly shares open space with llamas, sheep, and horses. Some of my friends find it so odd that I think of the farm animal noises as peaceful. Oh, and I nearly forgot — the pretty ocean view doesn't hurt!"
