Flair Italy's Cinematic Glamour Makes Us Want To Whip Out the Liquid Liner
I've had an obsession with liquid liner and winged eyes lately...something about the ultra-dramatic, super-glamorous look seems both right for day ('60s boho) and night (high impact). And in this Flair editorial from the July issue, photographer Chad Pitman puts up his noirish muse in a series of cinematic shots that seem to evoke old-Hollywood films, classic Vermeer paintings, and something otherworldly, all at once. Though heavily-lined eyes and red lips may be a bit too much for the everyday, I'll definitely be trying out the looks in isolation...without the thousand-dollar couture. (The Fashion Spot)
