Just below Tucson's Santa Catalina Mountains sits the Miraval Resort, a luxury spa and wellness resort, which, to my initial dismay, happens to a have no-cell-phone policy. But, after a good 24 hours of stressing out about missed emails, I started to appreciate little courtyards like this so much better.
