Trick Your Eye With These Digital Prints

There's nothing like a good print to take a simple garment to the next level, but weaving and dyeing techniques are sometimes not as advanced as the minds who dream prints up. Now that some technologies have caught up with the most creative of designers, we've got digital prints at our disposal—fabrics which are printed with computers and lasers that create intricate designs. These super-sharp graphics can play tricks on the eye. 2D "textures" can mimic 3D fabrics, varying degrees of blur can mimic depth, and patterns can be as complicated as you can dream them up to be. Check out our digital print picks for the season: From a pair of reptilian leggings to an Ikat dress that isn't made with a loom, these are some digital prints that elevate the art of fashion.
