By now, the beard is pretty much ubiquitous on the face of every guy from the LES to Bushwick Av., the sort of thing that seems to symbolize getting older while simultaneously staying young and in-the-know (no easy feat). Whether you're inclined to think some extra fuzz is sexy or perverse, this recent Guardian article might just mark the end of the beard as we know it. But fear not, men. There is no reason why you shouldn't still have to spend your mornings brushing latte drippings from the curly ends of your unruly facial hair.
