Flash some skin with spring's latest shoulder-baring trend. By Kelley Hoffman
Since fashion already notably took a bite out of our favorite jeans, showing some shoulder for spring makes just as much sense. Part '80s, part ingenue, we love how this sexy throwback trend is a little badass and a lot flirty for the warmer weather to come. A look that's expressive with every move, it's equally perfect for running about town after-dark and strutting the city streets at high noon...just check out the coolest cut-outs we encountered, from body-con dresses to pretty, sexy blouses.
