Free Weight Treadmill With Speed Trial: Follow the beginner interval plan, but add 30 seconds of shadow boxing within each circuit, followed by a 20 to 30 second sprint with the weights in hand to propel your run and challenge your core, and then followed by a 20 to 30 resting speed interval. Be forewarned, this one is a challenge!
