In an act of love-'em-and-leave-'em, Lula Cafe's Monday night farm dinner will be all vegetarian–tonight only. This weekly prix fixe is one of our favorites, featuring seasonal, local ingredients prepared by some of our favorite chefs in the city–those in Lula's kitchen. While often refusing to acknowledge vegetarians as culinary beings, Chicago typically glosses over the dietary preferences of veggies and leaves them with no more than a collection of side dishes (sitting next to something made of pork).
