Toms Takes Their Shoes For A Mustache Ride — For Cancer Research

toms-mustache
Toms Shoes has jumped aboard the mustache train again this year in a much cooler and more productive way than hipster boys channeling bygone eras or hipster girls sporting cheap 'stache jewelry. The brand is supporting the month of Movember, a movement where men decide to grow out their mustaches all November long to raise awareness for men's health, particularly for prostate and other cancers. To help, Toms has released a pair of their $98 Bota shoes with an embroidered handlebar mustache, and proceeds will help fund prostate cancer research and enable Toms to give pairs of shoes to children in need. Although they're designed for the boys, we'd love to see ladies sporting these simple-chic shoes as well—after all, cancer affects us all, right? Head over to Toms.com to be notified when these limited-edition kicks become available, and guys—start prepping your face for your hair (and money)-raising month. (La Times)
