Precious Metal: Kristin Barron's Resource-Friendly Jewelry
Artist and jewelry designer Kristin Barron wants us all to be a little less wasteful. With her latest collection of necklaces, Barron creates wearable talismans to help remind us that we should all be a bit more thoughtful in our use of personal resources. A taxi receipt pendant in sterling silver to make us mindful of our energy/oil use; tangerine peels to remind us not to waste food. Always nice to meet metal with a conscience.
