New Campaign Arm Candy: Bangles for Obama
With little more than a month left in the election, it's really time to stop declaring yourself undecided and wear your politics on your sleeve (or in this case, your wrist). Cast your vote with the Obama Graffiti Bangle by jewelry design house, BYLU. Already known for providing accessories for Geren Ford's runway shows, BYLU (pronounced "Blue", as in "blue state") has taken a leap into national politics with these thick, brass-trimmed enamel bracelets. Reminiscent of '60s and '80s costume jewelry, the Obama Bangle forwards the Senator's message with a bold slash of wild-style, gold-pen graffiti, turning these simple accessories into cheerful political placards. Half of the $100 dollar cost of each bracelet goes to the Obama '08 campaign, and, though the bangle is available in shades of yellow, gold, and pink, we'd suggest you pick up three in red, white, and blue.
The Obama Obama 08 Graffiti Bangle, $100, is available at www.shop.bylu-nyc.com
