Is it Spring? Is it not? This weather is almost as unpredictable as a Lindsay Lohan romance. But one thing's for certain: We're shedding our coats and scarves for one of Necklush's twisty-twirly, neck-warming pieces. Half-scarf, half-necklace, and always almost eluding description, the traffic-stopping neckwear is layered with cotton loops of fabric, and can be thrown on as jewelry or cowl.
