Loopy Love: Ninaki's Surrealist Accessories

With Dali's exhibit starting up at MoMA, everyone's going gaga for his surrealist shapes. No wonder then that we're smitten with Ninaki Priddy's latest collection of loopy rings, pendants, and earrings sculpted from glowing gold and silver.

Drawing inspiration from architecture and 3D-computer art as well as the Surrealists, Priddy's designs feature thick pieces with silhouettes that look they've been melted, swirled, torqued, and warped. Expressing her love for both David Bowie and biology, she's created a collection that invokes the very spirit of the Thin White Duke—alien, ambiguous, and yet completely handsome. Offering modern substitutes for classic statement pieces like cocktail rings and pendant necklaces, Priddy's jewels are sure to be a hit with art-fiends and socialites alike.
