Jeepers Peepers: Phillip Lim's Stylish Specs

Having become a beloved favorite on the womenswear circuit and the offices of Condé Nast, Phillip Lim continuing to make inroads into the lucrative eyewear market. So far so very, very good. His new line of shades for fall features fresh, modern shapes in rich tortoiseshell and ombre colors. There's not an aviator, Hilton face-blocker, or oversize Mary-Kate boho goggle in the bunch. Little details like subtly colored tints and brushed-metal stems give any outfit a boost of ladylike allure. One pair in particular caught our fancy—available in ruby red or classic black—Lim's Margot are imminently wearable, versatile enough to flatter almost any face or look. As stylish and sweetly mature as his clothes, Lim's specs are sure to become a staple for beach jaunts or errand running in coming seasons. We can only guess what sort of objects Lim will be putting his signature stamp on next (perfume? umbrellas? flatware?). Whatever they are, we're buying ten of them.
