Grow a Mini Lawn On Your Fingers With Chia-Pet-Like Jewelry

We considered getting a chia pet for a while back in the day, but weren't sure if we had it in us to sustain another living thing, you know, with our busy schedules and all. But a new line of "growing jewelry" from Hafsteinn Juliusson is putting green life at our fingertips with a set of rings that come with their own mini lawns. We are kind of in awe of the expansive knuckle ring, which stretches a lush expanse of grass across four fingers. Sure, they require plenty of water and care just like any other houseplant, but we figure we can wear it out at night and feed it a little vodka when the going gets dry...no?

About $215 the ring; about $500 the knuckle ring, available here.
