Eye Candy: New Contrast RVS Frames Blinding Us With Desire!
On a recent visit to SoHo's Silver Lining Opticians, I fell in love with this incredible line of matte frames, RVS By V. Being a spec-wearer, it's just not easy choosing a strong frame that's distinctive but doesn't look ridiculously "quirky." Yes, I know these have some noticeable trendiness to them, but they are nonetheless magical: They weigh practically nothing and the fact that they're hand-cut and hand-polished really shows. Silver Linings also offers custom tints, if you're into that sort of thing. They're pricey ($375), but I don't care: I am obsessed and will be wearing a red pair come fall.
