Dirty Dishes: John Waters' Friends Come to Dinner
Thanks to the folks at Coolhunting for throwing another odd bone our way: Cult and transgressive filmmaker John Waters has teamed up with the folks from Andora Porcelain to present a limited edition plate collection featuring Waters' "friends" Tina, Kim and Kathy. Think Fornasetti on meth: Dishes featuring close-ups of Barbie-esqe dolls in caked make-up and ratted wigs with empty stares—classic Waters. The collaboration has yielded 300 sets of plates and each one is signed and numbered by Waters himself. Playing with dolls has never seemed so grown-up! (Coolhunting)
