The S.F. Street Food Festival Touches Down This Weekend!

If there's one things San Franciscans love, it's their street food. Therefore, we predict a total mob scene (in the best way possible!) at this weekend's 3rd annual S.F. Street Food Festival, touching down in the Mission District. Get ready for an utter extravaganza of street food vendors (both the pushcart and truck variety), as well as seasoned chefs, live musicians, and food lovers of all stripes making their way out to sample the best of the city's meals-on-wheels in one spot. Load up on eats from the likes of El Huarache Loco, Kasa Indian Eatery, Kung Fu Tacos, Beretta, La Luna Cupcakes, Three Twins Ice Cream, and dozens more, all the while supporting well-deserving non-profit La Cocina, an incubator in the Mission that assists low-income entrepreneurs morph their food ventures into sustainable businesses. Admission: Free! But you can score savings and prizes by buying a passport ahead of time.
When: Saturday, August 20th, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: The Mission District, Folsom Street (from 22th to 26th); 23rd and 25th streets (from Treat to Shotwell streets)
