Making it in the world isn't easy, but making it on the world-wide-web isn't a stroll in the park, either. You've got to have hard-core charisma, a gimlet eye, and enough talent to hold an audience, garner media attention, and persuade readers that yours is the blog to visit not just once but many times a day. And when you've got all that: Expect a call from Refinery29! We're presenting the latest crop of online It Girls whose blogs we can't get enough of...bookmarks a must!
Bip Ling

Beauty and brains are a magical combo. Drop-dead gorgeous and knee-slappin' funny is even more so, but Bip Ling's got it all as an anti-fashion blogger and model. Her blog is a chronicle of her outfits and life among the industry jet set, but it's all written in the tongue-in-cheek tones of a wild child. Bip's a refreshing blip on the radar of personal style bloggers taking themselves way too seriously in their Litas. Plus, there's more GIFs than your dial-up can handle.

Don't let the name fool you, this isn't a character from a pornographic reprisal of To Kill A Mockingbird. She's a freelance writer and editor with a knack for hilarity, and her real name is Julieanne Smolinski. She writes advice columns for GQ and Details, contributes to the MTV Clutch blog, and was voted one of the funniest women on Twitter by The Huffington Post. Julieanne's personal Tumblr is always good for a laugh, whether it's excerpts from funny text message conversations or an imagined conversation between Sean Penn, Robert De Niro, and Scarlett Johansson. "I guess I'm a blogger/Twitter obsessive who has a GIF where her heart should be." We don't mind!

Lily Kwong

Twenty-two-year-old Lily Kwong is the sort of girl who could inspire a girl-crush in just about anyone. A Columbia student majoring in sociology and urban studies, this pretty young thing is also a fashion blogger and an Elite model. Oh, and she's fluent in French, a cousin of Joseph Altuzarra, and a regular feature on Garance Dore, too. She cites Loulou de la Falaise and Patti Smith as style icons, but her look is all her own.

Kreayshawn

Kreayshawn, a.k.a. Natassia, is a semi-anonymous self-described "rap beast" and a "wavy baby with a camera in the right hand/blunt in the left hand." This Oakland resident is influenced by Hype Williams and Missy Elliot, and the whole too-cool-for-school bad-itude definitely shows on her blog. She's an aspiring videographer who spent her childhood on tour with her mom's punk band, is deft at both a video camera and a mike, and—oh yeah—came out with the jam for summer. Whatever this badass ends up doing, you can count on it to be 100% fresh.
