WHY: Because aside from her exceptional turn in Kids, Chloë Sevigny has the best style...well, ever. With legs that put Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct to shame, Sevigny has a natural retro-cum-preppy sensibility that many have tried to mimic. Not to mention, her collaborations with Opening Ceremony have left us broke and living off ramen noodles--though, very happily we might say.
