To see which beans are officially the best-tasting, 7x7 gathered a roster of local experts to blind taste eight different varieties: Ritual, Blue Bottle, Sightglass, Four Barrel, Peet's, Ecco, Barefoot, and Verve. Which came out tops? Drumroll, please...Sightglass! And Ecco and Barefoot rounded out the Top 3 spots.
