Swedish Hasbeens Taps A Local Retro-Loving Blogger For Its Lookbook

Finding the right footwear can be a tricky style conundrum here in S.F. But the naysayers who believe fashion and function don’t go hand-in-hand are majorly mistaken — and have obviously never stepped into a pair of Swedish Hasbeens. The cool clog company fuses sleek, architectural elements into attractive, yet wearable soles that have quickly become a favorite for Bay Area babes (heels and hills aren’t always enemies, you guys!). So, it makes sense that for its latest campaign the Swedish shoe brand tapped one of our lauded local bloggers to do a little real-girl modeling.
Erin Hagstrom of Calivintage put her best (and well-heeled) foot forward for the fall ’12 campaign and the results are an impeccable intersection of Hagstrom’s retro style and Swedish Hasbeens' traditional-meets-quirky aesthetic. "I have long been a fan of Swedish Hasbeens, so I was delighted when they asked me if I'd style a few looks for their fall catalog," says Hagstrom. "Especially given the outdoorsy theme of the collection. These photos were shot in and around Mount Tam in Marin, one of my favorite weekend spots!" Yeah, we're digging the earthy hues and rainy-day snaps — the shoes don't hurt either. See the pretty oh-so-autumn pics for yourself after the jump!
