Besides clothing, we'd spend all our money on trips abroad if we could. As beautiful and inspiring as you feel in a new frock or pair of shoes, there's really nothing that compares to what you experience standing on the banks of the Seine or atop the viewing deck of the Empire State Building. We'd travel 24/7 if we could, but vacation time is limited, and we always have to make do with the resources at hand. That means we usually seek out advice for where to go, stay, eat, and play from those who really know what's up.
We've always used Gilt Groupe's travel site Jetsetter, which provided us with awesome escapes at prices we can't find anywhere else. Now that they've expanded their offerings to 200 hand-selected vacation experiences you can book anytime you want, we're even more geared up to go trekking. Jetsetter's own correspondents experience firsthand everything they recommend (consider it like a review from that one friend with the best taste!), and dispatch reports on things you might not have considered about trips, like summertime humidity in tropical climes and absence of air conditioning in over-the-water bungalows (bet you didn't think of those, huh).
We're (obviously) hugely excited about this all, and are planning on something really special for you readers to celebrate (stay tuned!)...But until then, we want to know what your idea of a dream vacation is. Where is it? What do you eat? Where do you want to explore? Paint us a picture below in the comments! Who knows where your ideas may end up...
