    The days of prancing around in flimsy frocks are pretty limited in S.F., thanks to our sometimes bone-chilling, non-existent summer. We know we so-often lament this factoid, but it’s a shame, really, that so many open-toed, short, and sheer pieces have to stay hidden in our closets in July and August.

    But, to avoid major seasonal depression, we think there are two things you can do.
