JC: "Eclectic, cool, and comfortable."

R29: Who inspires you professionally?
JC: "Carrie Baker, my boss, has been my mentor since I was 19. She's taught me everything I know."

R29: How about personally?
JC: "My dog Lucy, my friends, family; beautiful, interesting, and intricate things."

R29: What about in a fashion sense—what gets you going?
JC: "I'm inspired by 75 degrees and sun- shining days, impromptu dance parties, sunflowers, dreams, classic rock, and '80's dynasty glamour. Also, anything vintage, leopard print, lace and floral; pieces with bows."

R29: Any style icons?
JC: "Chloe Sevigny and Anna Dello Russo."
