Who Can Rock It: This look works on anyone with slight body to their hair — if it's naturally immune to humidity, even better. When it comes to face shape, he recommends someone with an oval or diamond shape face versus round, since the cut can widen the face.

Daily Routine: Wash and go. After showering, rough dry the hair or lightly blow it out using a round brush to give it some shape. Once dry, shake it to fall naturally in place. Northwood also loves using a volumizer, like Bumble and bumble Surf Spray, to give it a windblown look, and then finish with Bumble and bumble Hair Powder for a matte texture.

Upkeep: Trim every four weeks.
