Our Street Style's Best Dressed in 2009

Like great art, personal style is subjective. To some, a pair of lurex gauchos with a private school jacket might look absurd, but to others, it's pure genius. So, in homage to all the unabashed genius we've hosted this year in our Street Seen section, we're bringing you the best of the best in street style--great get-ups worn with honest-to-goodness savoir-faire. On the eve of a new year, we recommend using these 20 snaps as inspiration...sort of like a resolution you can wear.
