What’s the office culture like in such a busy (and no doubt stressful!) environment?
Negovan: "It's almost as if I hired for 'niceness' because they are all really wonderful people (they also happen to be smart, creative, and very stylish!). But it truly warms my heart to see them all pitching in to help each other — it's the only way to survive such tight deadlines."
