It’s Finally Opening! Peek Inside Miami’s SLS Hotel (We Love It)

The SLS has some pretty big shoes to fill, what with taking over the historic Ritz Plaza Hotel building and all. Plus, with a supporting cast that includes James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés, architect Philippe Starck, and musician Lenny Kravitz, it's hard to imagine this project will be anything short of iconic. The looooong wait for the property to open, however, wasn't so fun.

After a few setbacks, the swanky suites are finally (!) set to welcome the public on June 15. And, honestly, it's everything we imagined it to be. Although the deluxe dwellings are what dreams are made of — ocean views along with Madame de Pompadour-inspired decor – it's the very literal "campy" lobby, poolside cabanas, and Hyde Beach nightclub that'll turn the SLS into a must-visit venue for toursits and locals alike.
