Silver Lining's New Boutique Is Bigger And Better

We've long been chums with the boys over at Silver Lining Opticians—so much that they're one of the star attractions over on our new Boutiques section. Owners Erik Sacher and Jordan Silver debuted their spectacular spectacle boutique back in '07 to inject some old-world glam into the somewhat stagnant optician's market. And since it exploded like almost instantly, it's no wonder that their movin' on up, with a new boutique near their old stomping grounds that's bigger, better, and infinitely more baller. Whilst still on Thompson street, the new digs boast some tricked-out features that make for more than just an afternoon of peeper protector peeping. For one, there's a secret back room handy for private consultations or more illicit activities, with a two-way mirror that let's you do a little spying of the optical variety, plus that a game on that pool table would be a perfect time to do a lil' wager on a pair of sunglasses or two. Look for more of the shop's vintage and antique sunnies, new offerings from brands like Barton Perreira and Christan Roth, plus their full selection of their own line, including their super edgy collaborations. Be sure to ask for Jordan, who may spend hours trying to get the best frame for your face. Kanye's a fan, and so, obviously, are we.
