16 of springtime's coolest little coats. By Christene Barberich & Piera Gelardi
Longer nights, shorter dresses, lighter wardrobes…those first signs of spring are already here. And just in time for the balmy evenings coming our way—and that seasonal closet overhaul—we've gathered up a whopping hot list of our top spring jackets.
Combing the shops and lookbooks, we found the most alluring little toppers fell into six categories: the "bomber," the boxy cropped military jacket, the elegant anorak, the long roomy blazer, the relaxed trench, and the classic printed number. Whichever style suits you, we've made sure each of our spring jackets fits the staple bill—flattering, distinct, and incredibly versatile (ie: you can wear it well into fall).
