A Third-Street Secret Revealed: It's Open Season on Vie L.A.

This month, add some thrill back to the shopping safari. While hunting for the perfect new summer piece, stop by just-opened Third Street boutique, Vie, which offers high style in a California casual atmosphere.

Constructed using salvaged wood and ornamented with bamboo hangers and organic cotton, the boutique houses green brands like Loomstate and Larsen Grey. Vie is also the also exclusive U.S. retailer of Australian cult-favorite Elsom. According to owner Rachel Hurn-Maloney, "After much research, it was apparent that the beautiful, sustainable brands that existed weren't being represented." Vie's mission is to give these lesser-known labels a chance to be discovered. Just to cover their green bona fides, the store donates a portion of all proceeds to environmental and social causes. A hint for all you style cultivators—Elsom's pre-fall line is arriving in just a few days. Get there early if you want to bag that rare bird.
