Racked on WTF: We the Free Also Rack-Free

WTF1021A.jpg

Tracking the various hit-or-miss exploits of retail giant Urban Outfitters can get pretty amusing sometimes. The latest: Racked has just reported that Urban's recently opened We the Free stand-alone store at 113 Smith and Pacific Avenue offers a totally off-the-wall shopping experience. And by off-the-wall we mean off the wall. Apparently, the store "doesn't have racks of clothing. Every item is artfully arranged on the vast brick walls," a set-up that forces you to exchange predictably fudged info with the salesgirl regarding your size and how much the piece costs. It seems this one just might be a miss. (Racked)
