Just Opened: Steven Alan Hits the Beach With a New East Hampton Pop-Up
East Hampton is getting back to its original laid-back-luxe roots with the arrival of Steven Alan's new summer pop-up. Located on Newtown Lane (where else?), Alan's temporary sojourn has loads of beachy-rustic charm, as he and the clever retail design team from Aux Armes Etc. outfitted the sunny space with found objects and furnishings from Alan's basement. Inside, the shop packs plenty of Steven Alan basics (great plaid shirts and little floral dresses) as well as housewares, pottery, and some gorgeous must-have blankets from Central America, perhaps the perfect host gift for your upcoming weekend at the beach.
