Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn

So, this self-help book is about feelings. Surprising, right? But really, this book combines the mushy stuff with wit and humor. Author Lynn Grabhorn's theory is that to make true change in our lives (whether in the areas of career, love, money, or spirituality), we have to get in touch with — yes — our feelings. According to Grabhorn, only once we break below the surface of the coulds and shoulds can we figure out first what we don't want, and then what we do. Sounds obvious, but if you're the kind of person that tends to bury your own feelings and focus on others, this is a must-read.
