Last night, we went to the historic Henry Street Settlement Theater to see "The Debt Rattle", the most recent performance put on by the rag-tag Citizen's Band featuring a corral of our favorite talented ladies including
Sarah Sophie Flicker
, Karen Elson, Nina Persson, Rain Phoenix, and Zoe Kravitz. Dressed in vintage vaudeville costumes from the Great Depression (all eBay-ed!), the cast crooned, danced, and--in trapeze artist Sarah Sophie Flicker's case--swung their way through a rollicking variety-show-esque performance.
