How can I make my life more enjoyable right now? It might be going for a walk or experiencing the crispness of the winter air. It might be about feeling the freshness of winter and the magic of this time. We tend to think ‘Oh, god, here we go again,’ but when we come back to the present through mediation, look inward, and see that there are some interesting moments to have, when spring finally does come around, we’re in a better position to enjoy it.”
