To save some cash, we say you opt for prosecco over Champers since it's all mixed up anyway. And, if you've never tried the super-smooth Vikingfjord vodka at restaurants like Roka Akor, now you've got an excuse to experiment like a pro mixologist. Sure, this recipe might sound like a lot to take in before 4 p.m., but trust us when we say that the OJ softens up this boozy concoction so it goes down easy — maybe a little too easy.
2 oz Vikingfjord vodka
2 oz blood-orange juice
1 blood orange
1 oz. Champagne or dry prosecco
.5 oz. Aperol
1. Press two blood-orange slices into bottom of a wine glass.
2. Add 1/3 full of crushed ice, blood-orange juice, Aperol, and Vikingfjord vodka.
3. Fill another 1/3 with crushed ice. Add Champagne. Top with crushed ice, add straw.
