Scorpio – Love Horoscope September 2015

Goals, goals, goals. You can finally get on the same page as your sweetie this September — or clarify what it is you really need in a mate. Hint: You might find it in the suit-and-tie crowd. Strict Saturn lingers in Scorpio until the 17th, making you slow to open up. But, when it moves out of your sign (until 2031, hallelujah!) your slow-burning sexiness comes back out to play. On the 13th, an eclipse could bring single Scorps a lucky right swipe. Coupled Scorpios should socialize together this month, which can help seal your bond. When the sun heads into Libra on the 23rd, love could feel both like a dream and a confusing fog — especially since Mercury retrograde will jam up the signals from the 17th until October 9. The key to staying happy: Don’t get caught up in fantasy until you have all the facts. If you’re mourning a breakup, burn your ex’s band tees and give yourself time to process. You’ll be ready to move on for real when the sun enters Scorpio on October 23. Your Beauty Forecast: Lush Lashes & A Vibrant Pout

To get the look, prep your skin with foundation, concealer, and powder, as needed. Sculpt your eyes with two cream shadows, one matte and one shimmery, in shades close to your skin tone. With your ring finger as your applicator, smudge the matte shade underneath your browbone and in your crease, and glide the shimmery shade below the crease, across your lashline. Next, for no-fail false lashes, spread lash glue on a strip, and place it as close to your upper lashline as possible. (If you’re a falsies novice, try looking down toward the tip of your nose to keep your lid steady.) For the bottom lashes, use individual sections, which fit the eye more naturally. Place the glue on each strip, and then use tweezers to line each one up to your lashline. Finish with mascara and the boldest purple lipstick in your arsenal. All products by Revlon.
