In the passionate hands of wine director Mauro Cirilli and chef Chris Borges, who daylights at Taste Catering, get ready for a symphony of contrasts and harmonies from their seasonally driven wine and food pairings. We can’t stop thinking of the corn salad panna cotta we washed down with a floral white blend from Williamette Valley, which we experienced at the height of summer. Three courses and three glasses later, you may find yourself equally lovestruck or very likely afflicted with a Pavlovian drool response at the thought of your next visit.
