What’s your biggest art-related accomplishment?
"Being trusted enough to create a permanent site-specific installation in the Dior Homme store in Union Square. Also, every small obstacle and bridge I've crossed along the way to get to this point."

"Black on black on black on red lipstick."

Who are your artistic icons?
"Oh wow, there are many. I’ve definitely had different icons through different phases in my career. Some I go back to, some I move forward from: Deanne Cheuk, Rebecca Bird's explosion series, and Erika Somogyi's watercolor trees. Caitlin Hackett, Richard Coleman, Cleon Peterson, Boris Vallejo, and Killian Eng, as well."
