Lake Balboa
Spend a sunny (or cloudy!) afternoon taking in the scenery of this 27-acre lake. Located in Encino, this oasis is the hidden secret of the Valley, and is perfect for BBQs with friends or jogging. It also offers recreational activities like fishing and boating. Our advice: Mark your calendars for a visit in March once the cherry blossoms around the park are in bloom.
