Brooklyn's Alter boutique is toasting the official end of summer with champagne and sales at their special Fall kick-off event this Tuesday, September 23, from 7 to 10 p.m. They're bringing out new fall merchandise for both guys and gals and slashing prices on summer stock by up to 75%.
