Clean off your brush, then dip it in the navy blue polish, this time wiping off the extra polish so you just have a small amount on the brush. Place a tiny pinpoint of color in the center of the frost blue polish, which will create your "blossom." Clean off your brush again, then dip it in the mustard polish and create a few small dots scattered across the nail.
