Something about the changing of weather, leaves, and wardrobe calls for a deeper palette to coincide with the season. But, when The Huffington Post brought to our attention that celebrities have been stepping out in rose-colored lipstick, we had to rethink this whole pinks-are-for-summer outlook.
The contrast of creamy, light lipstick and dark-colored clothing is actually the perfect pairing for fall. So perfect that it almost makes us excited to see summer go. (Almost.)
