Indeed. In this new video interview for the Hong Kong store Joyce — brought to our attention by the lovely folks over at Hint — the master of leathery minimalism, Rick Owens, holds forth on a number of subjects including, yes, rock-crystal toilets. It appears in his stated quest to make everything beautiful, the designer is moving his recent experimentation in furniture and other household fixtures into the bathroom. Sure, this video also features some of Owens' interesting thoughts on the value of live runway shows versus video, the repetition critics accuse him of, and features his awkward reaction to a Rick Owens doll (where to buy, plz!). But, people — ROCK-CRYSTAL TOILETS! We cannot wait to see (and use) these babies. (Hint)
