Rent The Runway's First-Ever Pop-Up Showroom Is Headed Our Way

If you've already snagged a ticket to an inaugural ball, then you're most likely starting to stress about what to wear. It needs to be glam to the max, of course — but how much should you invest in something you might not wear again for another four years? Fortunately, Rent the Runway has a fix for this particular problem — which makes sense, given the company's rep as a go-to source for any fancy wedding, gala, or other event where you need a one-night-only stunner.

This weekend, RTR is teaming up with Living Social to bring some extra-fancy inventory to the District for a special pop-up showroom event — the brand's first ever. Starting Friday through Sunday, you can book an appointment to come by, meet with professional stylists, and try on dress options fit for a ball or any other formal event. Tickets for appointments are $8 and include a tote bag, glass of sparkling wine, and 20% off all rental orders placed on the spot.
When: Friday, January 11, through Sunday, January 13, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Appointment required.
Where: LivingSocial, 918 F Street NW; 877-521-4191.
