Kissed Off — A low-maintenance, super-sexy way to wear a red lip is a stain that makes it look like you've just spent a lot of time locking lips. To get the look, makeup artist Ellis Faas suggests applying a wine-colored lipstick directly to the center of the lip and fading it out with your fingertips. "The result is a very natural, sensuous lip that looks like you have just been kissing. It is also a great way to wear lipstick, for a woman who might not be used to, or like, the feeling of product on her lips," says Faas.
