Scarlet Sparkle — We've said it before and we'll say it again: Everything's better with glitter. To get this sexy shimmery pout, makeup maven Pat McGrath first lined lips with a deep red liner, then filled in the lip with a cherry red lipstick. Using her finger, she dabbed some loose red glitter directly into the center of the lips, blotting it outwards. Two coats of a thick, jelly gloss on top sealed the glitter in place and added shine.
